Cirila nació en el distrito de Challabamba y vive en el mismo distrito donde nació. (El distrito de Challabamba está ubicado en la provincia de Paucartambo del departamento del Cusco, Perú). Ella tiene 42 años de edad y tiene una relación de unión libre de la cual tiene tres hijos. Ella pertenece al banco comunal “Virgen de Chanca” pues es una persona responsable y emprendedora pues sus actividades económicas son la crianza de animales menores, ganadería, agricultura y venta de comida, ella tiene un puesto de venta de comida en uno de los mercados de la ciudad de Challabamba. En esta oportunidad requiere el préstamo para comprar mercadería como sacos de arroz, sacos de azúcar, fideos, aceite, verduras y otras cosas más. Agradece a todas las personas por el préstamo pues se compromete a pagar puntual sus cuotas.
