Hilda, 50, is married and has been blessed with four school going children. Her husband is a businessman and he contributes towards the upbringing of their children. They own a house but it does not have electricity nor piped water.
Hilda operates a goat meat business, selling from home to her neighbors and restaurant. She faces a major challenge of seasonality in her place of operation. Hilda dreams of expanding to a wholesale shop in the future.
With the Kshs 40,000 she wants to purchase goat meat for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
