По окончании медицинского института он работал в родильном доме города Вахдат, однако из-за маленькой заработной платы он уволился. Сейчас Одилжон нигде не работает. Он хочет заняться услугой такси, так как это дело прибыльнее. У него имеетя 8-летний опыт вождения. Он планирует предоставлять услуги такси по маршрутной линии город Вахдат-торговый центр Садбарг (в городе Душанбе) и в день делать 5 рейсов. С этим намерением Одилжон запрашивает кредит для приобретения автомашины.
