Rosemarie, a 39-year-old widowed mother of 10 children, has been farming corn for almost four years. In the last cropping season, her income was 10,000 PHP. Rosemarie would like to avail a loan for 30,000 PHP to purchase fertilizers for her farm, and hopes that her business will progress so that she can earn more income.
