Halima is 31 years old, married, and a mother of three children. For the last three years, she has earned a living by selling fruits and vegetables from her food kiosk in Malindi. She earns a monthly income of about KES 9,000 from the business.
Halima was introduced to KADET LTD by a credit officer, and she is applying for her first loan of KES 30,000. She will use the loan to buy more stock of tomatoes, pineapples, oranges and onions, to sell to her customers.
She will use the profits to pay school fees for her children and to continue expanding the business. Her goal for the future is to continue growing the business, so that she may uplift her family's financial stability.
