Mercelita is a 41-year-old married woman from Ubay, Bohol. She is the mother of a 15-year-old-daughter. She is engaged in farming. She grows rice. She has been growing rice for more than 10 years. She requested a loan of 13,000 PHP to buy trapal (tarp) or laminated sacks used for the rice to dry after it is harvested. Mercelita would like to expand her business to support her child, especially for her education.
