Teodosia nació en el comunidad de Taquile (Puno, Cusco) pero vive en la ciudad de Challabamba. (El distrito de Challabamba está ubicado en la provincia de Paucartambo del departamento del Cusco, Perú). Ella tiene 29 años de edad y tiene una relación de unión libre de la cual tiene dos hijas. Ella pertenece al banco comunal “Virgen de Chanca” pues es una persona responsable y emprendedora pues su actividad económica es la venta de pollipapas y salchipapas, ella tiene un carrito salchipapero donde prepara sus ricos potajes y la podemos encontrar en uno de los mercados de la ciudad de Challabamba, ella sale a vender desde las 2pm hasta las 9pm de lunes a domingos. Ya son varios años que se dedica a este negocio y le va excelente. En esta oportunidad requiere el préstamo para comprar insumos como por ejemplo pollos, salchicha, papas y otros insumos.
