Hugo is requesting a loan that will allow him to buy agricultural supplies like seeds, insecticides, and manure, among other things. He will also use the loan to be able to rent the land, which is shown in the photograph, where he grows his crops. This way he will be able to get better income in order to give his family better financial stability.

The program, which offers reduced interest rates, targets farmers who don't qualify for formal funding due to their low-income and geographical risk.
