Cecilia nació en la comunidad de Pasto Grande y vive en la misma comunidad donde nació. (La comunidad de Pasto Grande está ubicado a 45 minutos de la ciudad de Paucartambo). Ella tiene 46 años de edad y es madre y padre para sus tres hijos de las cuales los tres todavía están a su lado. Ella pertenece al banco comunal Santa Isabel de Jajahuana porque es una persona responsable y emprendedora entonces sus actividad económicas son la venta de comida y a la crianza de animales menores como por ejemplo cuyes y gallinas. Ella vende platos de comida desde muy temprano en uno de los mercados de la ciudad en donde tiene un puesto de venta, ella vende comida los días lunes a sábado pero los días domingos lleva a vender carne a la ciudad del Cusco. En esta oportunidad requiere el préstamo para comprar gallinas.
