Adenikè Florence Eriedice lives with her children and her husband, and together the couple makes sure that the various household expenses are covered.

Adenikè Florence Eriedice only studied as far as high school. To cover her various expenses, she has worked selling fabrics for about four years. She sells her products through the distribution system, and gets her supplies in Benin and in Togo.

In order to better meet the needs of her ever-growing customer base, as well as to make more profits, Adenikè Florence Eriedice has requested a second loan from ALIDé along with the other members of the Alogojesuton 1 group. Their prior loan was successfully repaid.

ALOGOJESUTON 1 est un groupement composé de seize personnes qui résident dans le même quartier. La représentante du groupement du nom de Adenikè Florence Eriedice (dont la main est levée sur la photo), est âgé de 38 ans. Adenikè Florence Eriedice est mariée à un certain Désiré. Le couple a deux enfants, tous scolarisés et à leur charge. Adenikè Florence Eriedice vit ensemble avec ses enfants et son mari et assure ensemble avec son mari les charges de la maison. Adenikè Florence Eriedice a arrêté l’école au niveau secondaire. Pour faire face à ses différentes charges, Adenikè Florence Eriedice mène comme activité la vente de tissus depuis environs quatre ans. Adenikè Florence Eriedice vend ses produits par le système de distribution. Adenikè Florence Eriedice s’approvisionne au Bénin et au Togo. Dans le but de mieux répondre aux exigences de sa clientèle de plus en plus nombreuses et de se faire plus de profit, Adenikè Florence Eriedice sollicite, ensemble avec les autres membres du groupe ALOGOJESUTON 1 un deuxième crédit auprès de ALIDé. Le crédit reçu antérieurement a été bien remboursé.

Alidé is a Beninese NGO that works to reduce poverty by offering sustainable access to productive loans like this one in addition to savings, training sessions, and social work to low-income families.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late.
