Mwamure lives in Tiribe, Kenya. He is married and has three children, two of whom attend school. He owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. His greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees.
He has been operating a meat goat business, selling to his neighbors and passersby. He faces the major challenges of stiff competition and the high cost of goats. He dreams of establishing a wholesale shop, in the future.
He has requested a loan of KES 30,000. He will use it to purchase more goats, for production of meat to sell to his customers. He joined Yehu because of its responsiveness to customer needs.
