La cliente Maregane est trésorière du groupement d’affaire Salama, jeune entrepreneur, âgée de 27 ans, mariée et mère de 5 enfants. Son conjoint est un petit commerçant de divers. La cliente est vendeuse de Boissons sucrées. Elle commença cette affaire avec son fonds propre reçu de son mari. Plus tard, elle bénéficia des fonds additionnels de crédit de l’IMF Hekima. Il ya environs 10 ans, elle exerce cette activité. Ce nouveau prêt va lui servir d’acheter 10 casiers de Fanta, Coca colla, vital ‘ô, etc. à marchander. Les casses de bouteilles, carences de marchandises, sont de défis majeurs pour son activité. Lors de carence de produits, elles sont parfois obligées d’aller s’approvisionner au Rwanda, dans le pays voisin. Elle souhaite accroitre son capital, scolariser ses enfants. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee.
