Joshua is a 42-year-old married man with eight children of which seven are of school-going age. A piggery farmer, he lives in Kagadi, Uganda, and has been in this business for five years. He also grows crops. He is also a teacher who was inspired in this business by a good lifestyle that he wanted to live compared to the poverty that he was born in. He dreams of building a good house for his family and educating his children up to the University. Joshua intends to use the loan to pay school fees for his children.

This loan is part of HOFOKAM's program targeting poor and geographically excluded populations in Western Uganda.
