The client lives in Guayaquil. She started cutting hair at home. Little by little she was improving her business with more services like dyeing, etc. Years ago, when she got married and had a daughter, she started her business more formally.

The client, however, has been improving herself in spite of not now being married and having a four year old daughter.

The client cuts women’s and men’s hair, dyes hair, and does pedicures and manicures. The difficulty that she has in doing her work normally is her health. When she has a relapse she has to stay in the house. She is a PVVS (patient living with HIV/AIDS).

She will use the loan to buy a hair iron, dyes, and combs, etc.

Her dream is to be able to have her own house.
