Jackson, is a 37 year old married man who has four school going children. He owns a house that neither has electricity nor piped water. His greatest monthly expense is food and school fees for the family.
For the past three years, he has operated a business of buying and selling livestock; selling at the market to local neighbours. He faces a major challenge of seasonality and the high cost of transportation in his place of operation.
With the loan, that he is requesting, he wants to purchase goats and cows for resale. He decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost his business.
