Saida is 32 years old, married and has been blessed with five children aged between three and fifteen years. She owns a house that neither has electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is school fees.
For the past five years, she has operated a tailoring business, making school uniforms, and suits for both men and women. Her business challenge is seasonality. She dreams of establishing a rental house in the future.
With the KES 30,000 she wants to purchase fabrics, sewing thread and needles for the business.
She decided to join Yehu to access loans to improve her business.
