Mary is a single, 26-year-old woman. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water.
For the past three years, she has operated a coconut-selling business, selling to local neighbors. She faces a major challenge of seasonality and high transportation costs. She dreams of expanding her business to improve her living standards.
With the Kshs 30,000, she wants to purchase sacks of coconuts for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
