Le groupe WAGNINAN est formé de deux personnes qui sont des amies. La représentante de ce groupe, nommé Djègbè Séraphine, âgé de 55 ans, est celle dont la main est levée sur la photo. Djègbè Séraphine, est marié à un certain Etienne. Le couple a quatre enfants, dont certains sont scolarisés et deux restes à leur charge. Djègbè Séraphine et son mari vivent ensemble avec leurs enfants et assurent ensemble les différentes charges de la maison. Djègbè Séraphine n'a pas fréquenté. Djègbè Séraphine vend des fruits, du charbon et des chaussures depuis près de dix huit ans ; ce qui lui permet de répondre sans grande difficulté aux besoins de sa famille. Dans le souci de mieux satisfaire ces clients, Djègbè Séraphine désire renforcer son activité. Pour ce faire, Djègbè Séraphine sollicite, ensemble avec les autres membres du groupe WAGNINAN, un dixième crédit auprès de ALIDé. les prêts antérieurs ont été bien remboursés.

Alidé is a Beninese NGO that works to reduce poverty by offering sustainable access to productive loans like this one in addition to savings, training sessions, and social work to low-income families.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000.
