Very early in the morning feeling the familiar winter's taste in the city of El Alto, the women that take part ni the Ingenio San Juan association start their day making their traditional «salteñas» (baked pastries filled with beef and/or chicken) that they will later sell in the markets and the main streets of La Ceja of El Alto. The Ingenio San Juan association want to expand their business, wanting to offer their clients another variety of salteñas and improve the quality of thoese they already make because they need to have access to a capacity where they will learn to produce their products in a more professional manner. Also, they want to rent more adequate spaces for the sale of their baked goods where their clients will feel more comfortable to enjoy these delicious salteñas, and thsi way also generate greater income for the good fo their families.

Muy temprano sintiendo el crudo invierno típico de la ciudad de El Alto, las señoras que forman parte de la asociación Ingenio San Juan” comienzan su día elaborando las tradicionales salteñas (empanadas rellenas de carne de res y/o pollo, cosidas al horno) que luego las venden en mercados y principales calles de la Ceja de El alto. La asociación Ingenio San Juan quieren ampliar su negocio, desean ofrecer a sus clientes otra variedad de salteñas y mejorar la calidad de las que ellas preparan por lo que necesitan acceder a capacitaciones donde puedan aprender a elaborar sus productos de manera más profesional. Además quieren alquilar ambientes adecuados para la venta de sus empanadas donde sus clientes se sientan cómodos para degustar estas riquisimas salteñas, de este modo generar mayores ingresos para el bien de sus familias
