Rida is married and has three children, two of whom attend school. She lives at a rental house that has electricity, but not piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are household consumables.
For over six years, Rida has operated a tailoring business, making garments for both men and women. She cites seasonality as her major challenge. Rida dreams of establishing a boutique in the near future.
With the KES 35,000, she wants to purchase cloth materials and sewing thread for her business. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
