Sokhim is 36 years old. She is married and resides with three children in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia. She is a housekeeper. Her husband runs the business of cutting a kind of vine to resell. He earns about $11 daily. In order to improve her family’s finances, Sokhim is asking for a loan of $900 to purchase a tricycle to use to carry meatballs to sell in the local community. This purchase will help her generate additional income for the family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and help her children earn higher education. Moreover, she wants to fix her house with her next loan.
