Faamalie is 42 years old with 5 children. She has a small garden where she grows taro, taamu, yams and bananas that she can sell in her community or at the market. She has been doing this for 2 years. Faamalie needs a loan to pay for her children's school fees and new equipment like weed spray, chemicals, knives, spade, an ax,and fertilizer for her garden. She has been a member of SBPD since 2009. Faamalie will use the profits from her sales to renovate her house and to support her family.
