This loan will help Francisco purchase inventory and an air conditioner to regulate the temperature of his warehouse for his imported foods business.
Francisco, originally from Cuba, moved to Miami in August 2012. Several months later, he had already begun his own business. By November 2012, Francisco had rented a small office space for his business, Pilot’s Exports Spain Corp, a company that imports wines, olive oils, and other fine foods from Europe. Francisco purchases the food products directly from Spain, Italy and Portugal and then sells them to local food distributors throughout the U.S.
Francisco is looking to expand his business and needs a loan to purchase an air conditioner for his warehouse which will allow him to purchase larger orders from Europe in order to manage more client contracts.
