Don Carlos es originario de una zona turística de la ciudad de san Rafael del sur, donde la mayor parte de sus habitantes se dedican a la pesca artesanal, desde muy joven aprendió a pescar y desde entonces ha sido su fuente de trabajo.

Gracias a su esfuerzo en colaboración con su esposa tienen otro negocio de pulpería, en donde venden granos básicos, verduras, bebidas, carne, entre otras cosas.

Su negocio ha mejorado, al igual que su demanda por lo que necesita de un financiamiento para atender la demanda de sus clientes.

Su forma de venta es ambulante de casa en casa, además de vender en su punto de venta.
Es una persona honesta y emprendedora y capaz de aprovechar la oportunidad que se le brinde en su actividad comercial.

Su estado civil es casado, y tiene cuatro hijos todos en edad escolar.
