Marisol
Marisol is a 47 year old woman who lives in the city of Pucallpa with her 6 children, whom she loves and are the main reason for her life. She is a very kind, hard-working, and enthusiastic person, who dedicates all of her efforts to providing for her family, since she must be father and mother to her children. Unfortunately, due to lack of economic resources and by necessity she has had to work since she was very young and so she couldn't study a professional career as a secretary. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking delicious desserts and typical foods from her region.

By her own initiative, and with a lot of hard work and dedication, Marisol works offering cleaning services in a hotel in her city. She works everyday for approximately 8 hours and believes that it is going well because of her effort and the kind treatment she gives to others.

Marisol is very grateful to the KIVA lenders, since thanks to the help being offered, she will be able to complete the improvement of her home, since it is made of wood and corrugated zinc, and has a dirt floor. By improving her home, Marisol will be able to provide better security and well-being for her family, so she will continue working hard and striving to complete her great dream of finishing the construction of her home.

Marisol es una mujer de 47 años, vive en la ciudad de Pucallpa con sus 6 hijos, a quienes ama y son su principal razón en la vida, ella es una persona muy amable, trabajadora y entusiasta, que dedica todos sus esfuerzos por sacar adelante a su familia, ya que ella es padre y madre para sus hijos; lamentablemente por falta de recursos económicos y por la necesidad que tuvo de trabajar desde muy joven, Marisol no pudo estudiar la carrera profesional de Secretariado, en sus ratos libres le gusta cocinar deliciosos postres y comidas típicas de su región.
Por iniciativa propia, con mucho empeño y dedicación, Marisol trabaja brindando servicios de limpieza en una empresa hotelera de su ciudad, ella trabaja todos los días por un aproximado de 8 horas y cree que le va bien por su esfuerzo y por el trato amable que brinda a los demás.
Marisol se encuentra muy agradecida con los prestamistas Kiva, ya que gracias a la ayuda brindada podrá realizar el mejoramiento de su vivienda, ya que esta es de madera, calaminas y piso de tierra, de esta manera al mejorarla Marisol podrá brindar mayor seguridad y bienestar para su familia, así pues ella seguirá trabajando y esforzándose para lograr su gran sueño de terminar la construcción de su vivienda.
