Agnes
Agnes is a 43-year-old mother. She is a retail merchant of fresh food (plantains, cassava sticks, bananas), depending on the season. She has been offering her goods at a local market for the past seven years.

She has a good knowledge of suppliers, and especially of the customers she has acquired over time thanks to her business experience. However she finds herself constantly out of stock because she is forced to sell all of her stock before she can resupply, due to her limited funds.

She wants to buy wholesale plantains, bananas, and bags of cassava sticks to establish a good stock supply. This will enable her to better meet the continuing customer demand and avoid being out of stock.. She will save her profits not only to expand her business activity but also to provide for her family.
