This is the first microloan for Sopheak’s Group, which is comprised of two male members. Sopheak is the group leader. The group requested a loan in the total amount of 1,000,000 KHR, and each of them will take 500,000 KHR. Sopheak is going to use his loan portion to buy fertilizer and rice seed, and to pay necessary fees, including plowing, transplanting, and water pumping. He hopes to grow his rice healthily and to make more income for his kids' sake.
