Anderson's first goal is to become part of a government body so that he can see and understand what justice is. He would bring, to the best of his abilities, a respect for values and work undercover so that people can go out with their families, feeling secure and without fear. There would no longer be risk, and robbery, corruption, drug dealing, and other crimes would end. He great desire is that social integrity does not break down.
