Asma is an efficient beautician by profession. Since 2006 she has been operating her own beauty salon. Her daughter is also a beautician and helps her mother in the business. Currently the beauty stock of the salon is almost used up, therefore Asma wants to purchase cosmetic products to continue her business.
For that reason, as a member of 6-person borrowing group, she has requested a loan from Kiva's partner BRAC Pakistan to purchase beauty products like facial creams, lipsticks, scrubs, make-up kits, hair colors and some other varieties of products. She would also buy some new chairs for her salon. With the profit she will extend her business by opening one more beauty salon. She dreams to live a happy, healthy and peaceful life with her family. She is very thankful to Kiva and BRAC Pakistan for their support.
