Nataliya sells leather goods in one of the markets in Mukachevo, Western Ukraine. She has always wanted to be self-employed and decided to try her luck in commerce 7 years ago. Nataliya’s business has grown since then, and she is now making about US$500 a month.
Nataliya is married and has two children. She manages to balance her business and family responsibilities quite successfully. Currently, one of her main goals is to expand her venture by purchasing a new vending facility and stocking it with inventory. Therefore, she is requesting a loan of US$1,075.
