In his free time, Carlos likes to cook the delicious Arroz con Pollo (a typical Peruvian dish with chicken and rice) to share with his family. By his own initiative and with much dedication and determination, he works in gas station, serving the public. He works 10-hour days and believes that he has been successful thanks to the kind way he treats customers.
