El cliente vive en Guayaquil. El tiene 33 años de edad. El empezó hace muchos años vendiendo artículos para el hogar, pero después cayó gravemente enfermo y por su condición empezaron a bajar los ingresos al hogar. El comenzó a tomar productos naturales por su salud y luego empezó a vendérselas a sus familiares y amigos.

El vende sus productos naturales solo y lo realiza, desde las 9:00 de la mañana hasta las 19:00 de la noche. La dificultad que se le presenta en su trabajo es su enfermedad la cual no le permite realizar su trabajo con normalidad ya que es pvvs (paciente viviendo con Vih Sida). El no está casado, y tampoco tiene hijos.

El usara el préstamo para comprar productos naturales para venderlos a sus amistades y amigos. El desea para el futuro poder ampliar su negocio crear una red de venta de productos naturales, para dar oportunidad de trabajo a más personas que tienen el mismo problema que el, quiere permanecer junto a su familia y poder tener una mejor calidad de vida.
