He wants the loan to buy cows for two reasons - for breeding stock and for milk. He wants to increase the quantity of animals a little bit to give him the possibility of selling more offspring. This is the first loan he has received from FUDECOSUR. He hasn't had other loans from state banks before, but FUDECOSUR has offered him an easier loan with much lower interest rates.
