Scolastica is 31 years old and has been married for 15 years. She has three school aged children who attend school. Twelve years ago she started a charcoal store in her home.
At the moment, the whole family works in the store. It’s located in the most important part of the Samburu. The business is growing, thanks to Scolasica’s and her husband’s hard work. Her goal is to be able to continue growing her business and being the center of shopping in town.
She is asking for this loan to buy sacks of charcoal for resale.
