El Señor Silvio José reside en la cuidad de las Flores, Masaya, casado, con 53 años de edad, su núcleo familiar lo componen el y su esposa, de oficio panadero.

Su negocio consiste en la elaboración de pan francés y pan dulce, tiene experiencia de 21 años, el aprendió el oficio por su papa, empezó como ayudante en la panadería y al fallecer su papa se la dejo en herencia, el elabora el pan todos los días, lo vende en su casa y a otros clientes que le entrega por encargo, vende todo de contado y sus insumos se los compra a empresas distribuidora de harina, mantequilla etc.

En estos momentos de su vida en la que ya formo a sus hijos, trabaja en su panadería para el sustento de el y su esposa, es una actividad que le gusta mucho realizar y que sabe que contribuye con la alimentación de sus clientes ya que el pan para los Masaya es unos de los complementos esenciales en el desayuno

Actualmente esta requiriendo de un financiamiento para poder comprar harina, azúcar, manteca, mantequilla, levadura y leña,
