Hector
Hector, who is 46 years old, lives in the town of Sabanalarga, a land whose citizens say, "Intelligence is widespread." In this place, he works selling fruits and vegetables such as oranges, watermelons, cilantro, onions, tomatoes, and squash. He needs to increase his offerings, which is what made him turn to Fundación Mario Santo Domingo to apply for a Kiva loan, the first financing that he has received from this organization. He will use it to buy tropical fruits such as plums, mangoes, palm fruits, oranges, watermelons, and squash. At the same time, he will add dried fish, since holy week is approaching, and his customers prepare the most delicious dishes based on fish, as well as sweets made from tropical fruits, which they will certainly buy from Hector, making his Kiva loan a successful investment. His goal for the future is to set up another sales location so that in the future he will have more income to save and improve his home, which is a dream that he wants to share with his family, which consists of his spouse and five children, ages from 1 to 23, for whom he wants to provide increasingly more comfort.
