Telman, 52, and his wife are pensioners. They have two children, ages 19 and 20. To be able to provide his family with products, medicine and other needs, he started his own farming business. He had one cow in the stable when he started, and now he has three cows and one cattle.
He breeds cows and cattle and sells milk and milk products as well as cattle for meat purposes to local butchers. Milk, yogurt, as well as beef and mutton, are very popular and profitable products in Azerbaijan. Telman has 19 years of experience in this field, thanks to his parents who taught him the best way to look after cattle.
This activity is the main financial income in his family but still not enough to cover their basic needs. Telman has applied for a loan of 1,600 AZN to purchase two milk cows. This is his second loan with VFAC and he has a good client history.
