Роза в течении многих лет занимается полеводством, в период после сбора урожая Роза с старшими детьми и мужем уезжают в Бишкек на зароботки в весений период она с мужем обрабатывают 4,0 га земли где сажают фасоль и картофель. Благодаря упорному труду Роза в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется очень развитое хозяйство. Ежегодный доход от продажи полеводства хозяйка получает прибыль 150,000 KGS. В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Роза обратилась в компанию «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 60,000 сом (KGS) на покупку подготовку к весенне полевым работам. В ближайшее время она планирует построить сарай для скота.
