Delia Fidela
Delia is a 48-year-old woman. She lives in the city of Nazca with her husband and two children, whom she loves and are the principal purpose of her life.

She is a very kind woman, hardworking and enthusiastic, who together with her husband dedicates all her efforts to get ahead. Unfortunately, because of limited economic resources and because she had to work since she was very young, Delia could not study a professional career. In her free time she likes to knit garments for her children and occasionally cook a delicious chicken and rice dish.

Through her own initiative, with much determination and dedication, Delia works in her small business selling vegetables. Additionally, she works on her small parcel of land where she has some sown fields. Delia works every day for about 10 hours and believes that things have been going well because she offers her customers good prices and kind treatment.

Delia is very grateful to Kiva lenders, since through their help she will be able to buy a larger quantity of vegetables, such as cucumber, peppers, lettuce, tubers and others, and in this way Delia will have a more well-stocked business and she will be able to attend to more customers. Thus she will continue working and making an effort to achieve her biggest dream of being able to provide a good education to her children, since she wishes to see them become successful professionals.
