A loan of $2,325 helped a member expand their cell phone business.

Las Fresas Del Algodonal Group's story

Santiago is 30 years old, single, and lives with his mother. He studies electronics and he repairs electric housewares. He also is taking a course on cell phone maintenance. Thanks to the loan with Edaprospo and Kiva, the group "Las fresas del algodon" (Cotton strawberries) was able to set up their little store in the Malvinas, where they work from Monday to Saturday. Their primary clients are people who are looking to fix their cell phones and to purchase accessories.
Santiago wants to continue working with this group because they all get along and also wants to be able to grow their business and to continue supporting his mother. Santiago says "Thank you for the support for my neighbors, and for me, because you help us to grow every day." Santiago is in a green polo and blue jeans.

In this group: Santiago Junnior, Gladys Hilda, Miguel, Rosita Lizeth, Maura Milagros
