Yormahmad lives in the Shahrituz region in the south-west area of the Khatlon region of Tajikistan. He is 43 years old, married, and has 3 children. His eldest son has gone to Russia to earn money, and his daughters are in school. His wife does not work outside the home. Yormahmad works in agriculture. Now he wants to start a new business in the field of animal husbandry, as this is a profitable occupation that is not too physically demanding. For this reason, he is seeking a loan to get into buying and selling cattle. He plans to use the income generated by this loan for the future increase of his herd and the expansion of his new business.
