Raef is a 34-year-old married man and a father to one son, who is seven years old. For the past nine years, Raef has been buying used electrical goods and selling them to his customers. His is the only project of its kind in his area, and the business has good customer demand because of its affordable prices. This has been a profitable project, and the only source of income for the family. Raef is applying for a $2,000 loan from FATEN to cover the cost of buying new and modern used electrical goods, such as washing machines, refrigerators and television sets, to sell to his customers. This will attract more customers and increase Raef's sales, which will increase his income and improve the family's living conditions. Raef is photographed in his store.
