Walter Armando habita en una de comarca de Managua, su estado civil es casado, trabajador de una institución del estado en Managua, donde se desempeña como higienista desde hace sietes años, tiene tres persona a su cargo, con dos menores en edad escolar, responsable luchador con aptitudes de superación para poder darle una vida mejor a su familia.

El crédito que solicita a CEPRODEL lo utilizara para comprar materiales de construcción tales como bloque, cemento, hierro, para realizar un anexo de un cuarto ya que la familia va creciendo.

Con este financiamiento lo va invertir en hacer su cuarto ya que sus padre lo apoya dándole donde vivir, porque su ingreso son muy bajo y no ha podido comprar su terreno por el momento, pero tiene fe con el apoyo de KIVA-CEPRODEL lo va a lograr.
