Tarlan was born July 6th, 1970 into a family of farmers. She is married and the mother of two children ages of 12 and 21. She currently works with livestock. Since 2003 she has worked on breeding cattle as well as farming. Her husband helps her with her work.
Not only does she have practical experience with livestock, but also theoretical skills. She treats her responsibilities with great respect. As a result of hard work her spouse was able to build a market where they can sell milk products. She now has 2 cows, one calf and has a small barn where she has everything required to keep cattle. Tarlan has applied for a loan of 1,500 AZN to buy one cow with its calf to increase her income from selling them.
