Luz is 36 years old and makes a living selling products of primary necessity in her neighborhood store which is located in the Villa Victoria zone. This loan is her first one with the institution, and she will use it to buy merchandise to stock her business such as groceries, sweets and soft drinks.
Her reason for requesting this loan is the strong demand which she has, and for which to increase her sales, she needs to restock her merchandise. Luz faces challenges in her business including competition, since several stores already exist in the area.
