Mamadou is a 26-year-old married man and the father of one child. He lives with his wife and child in a traditional family in the "Hérémakono Nord" neighborhood of Bougouni.

In the past, Mamadou used to be involved in many income-generating activities in Bamako, where, in particular, he worked as a day laborer for storekeepers. However, these activities proved unsuccessful, so he decided to go back to his family in Bougouni and learned to become a tailor, from his uncle. He now has six years of experience in this field, he manages his activity well, and has opened his own workshop.

In order to strengthen his activity, Mamadou has decided to take a new loan to buy a sewing machine and, with the rest of the money, some sewing supplies. He will make these purchases in Bamako. He has been a client of Soro Yiriwaso for two years. He receives many orders from residents of his neighborhood.

Mamadou is expecting monthly profits to reach 60,000 CFA francs, which will be used to improve his business and to cover his family's expenses.
