Marina is a 34 year old woman. She lives in Kartikami village, Akhalkalaki district with her husband, retired parents’ in-law and two children who are going to school. Her family owns an agricultural plot of land where they grow potatoes. They also have two milk cows. Marina milks the cows to make dairy products. She sells it with the harvested potatoes at markets. Marina is requesting a loan to buy potato seeds. She has an unused plot of land and wants to expand her agriculture and plant more potatoes to increase her profit. She will reinvest the profit in the same business which will bring her more income. With her increased income she will be able to provide better living conditions for her family.
