Mariam is married, has two children and lives in Msambweni. She works selling merchandise in her village. She buys and sells petrol. She sells in her neighborhood in the store. She comments that all the work she does is to be able to give her children the best, since she does not want them to go through the same deprivations she did.
Mariam is requesting this loan to buy petrol to stock up and be able to fulfill the requests of her customers. She is grateful to Yehu Microfinance for the opportunity she is getting.
