Janit is a 27-year-old married woman and the mother of two young children from San Miguel, Bohol. She has been engaged in the rice farming business, together with her husband, for more than five years now. This is the source of their income.
Janit is asking for a loan to buy additional fertilizer and pesticides for the farm. With this, they will be able to improve their farm and its harvest. In addition, she wants to save money for the future schooling of her children, and to repay her loan.
