Thanks to her entrepreneurial spirit and her desire to get ahead, she sells charcoal to her neighbors and passersby. She will use the money from this loan to stock her business and purchase 20 sacks of charcoal so that she can have a better income in the near future.
Mwanasha works 10 hours a day at her post in order to provide better service to her customers.

About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
